What is personal data?
Personal data means any information relating to your person, such as your name, e-mail-address, address, photographs of you, etc. (hereinafter "data").
For what purpose will your personal data be processed?
We process your Name and photographs taken by you during the event for the purpose of reporting on the event (marketing purposes) and to document (documentation purposes). For this purposes, this data will also be published in the media we have selected.
On what legal basis are your personal data processed?
We process personal data based on your consent (Art 6 Para. 1 lit a of the EU Gerneral Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 - hereinafter "GDPR"). You can withdraw this consent at any time. In order to do so, please contact us using the contact details at the end of this document. Please note that the legitimacy of any data processing activities including transmissions carried out before you withdraw your consent remains unaffected by such withdrawal. You provide us with your data voluntarily, without any statutory or contractual requirement.
Please note that in certain cases we may have a legitimate interest in the processing and publication of your data for the purposes described above, even without your consent. This may be the case, for example, if you are (coincidentally) to be seen in the context of an event on a photograph and your legitimate interests do not oppose a publication or our interests in the publication override your interests. In such cases we may process and publish some of your data even without your explicit consent.
To whom is your personal data transmitted?
Your data will be transmitted to external agencies, press agencies, journalists, eMail marketing software provider, invited guests, newsletter recipients, users of the CA Immo website or of the social media accounts and published in the media you have selected.
Information on the Internet is accessible worldwide and can be found using search engines and linked to other information, which may be used to create personality profiles. Information posted on the Internet, including photos, can be easily copied and redistributed. As a result, information published on the Internet may continue to appear even after it has been deleted on the original site.
In the course of the transmission of your personal data within the CAImmo Group, your data will also be transmitted to companies outside the EU or the EEA. We protect your personal data by concluding contracts with the recipients, so called standard data protection clauses, which have been adopted or approved by the European Commission. How long will your personal data be retained?
Your data will only be retained as long as it is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and if there is no legally required retention. In addition, your data may be retained as long as legal claims can be asserted in connection with the processing of your data.
