Personal data processed in this context will always be processed in compliance with the European Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter "GDPR") and the applicable Austrian data protection laws as well as any other relevant legal provisions.

With the photos and videos taken during the event, we pursue the goal of documenting events (documentation purposes) and reporting on events (marketing purposes). For this purpose, image and, if applicable, also sound data (video data) of those natural persons who participate in the event on site are processed. For these purposes, the image and video material may also be published to the extent of your consent.
The legal basis for the production and storage of photos and video recordings is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Our legitimate interest lies in documenting the event.
The image and video material stored by us is kept for a period of ten years and then deleted.
For the technical processing of events, including post-event reporting, we use service providers who process your data on our behalf (so-called "order processors"). We use the following order processors:

As a data subject, the GDPR grants you rights. You have the right to withdraw your consent (Art. 7 GDPR), information (Art. 15 GDPR), correction (Art. 16 GDPR), deletion (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR).
