Berlin, June 8, 2007 - Vivico announces the lease of another 644 m2 within the second building element of the office complex "Koenigliche Direktion" at Schoeneberger Straße 15. The German subsidiary of the internationally-active Danish company Bestseller will use the attractive rooms in the course of a long-term rental agreement as a show room. Bestseller employs over 15,000 people worldwide and specializes in design, sale and marketing of young fashion.
With the new agreement over 70 % of the second building element of the Koenigliche Direktion have already been let.
