CA Immo sells non-strategic property in Munich

Munich/Vienna, 15.02.2022 – CA Immo has successfully completed the sale of a hotel on a plot of around 7,100 m² in Bodenseestrasse in the Munich district of Aubing. The property was sold at a material premium to CA Immo’s book value (as at 30.09.2021).

Christof Altendorfer, Managing Director and Head of Investment Management CA Immo Germany, explains: "This disposal of a non-strategic asset consequently executes on our strategy to focus CA Immo’s portfolio on high-quality office buildings in city center locations. We are using the capital generated both for investments in our own project pipeline as well as in the acquisition of development and refurbishment projects and standing assets to provide modern, state-of-the-art office premises, such as the recently acquired office building "Kasernenstraße 67" in Düsseldorf's city centre.“
