CA IMMO INTERNATIONAL RECEIVES AWARD FOR HUNGARIAN OFFICE PROPERTY

Property industry representatives select the Capital Square building in Budapest for the CIJ Award "best office development of 2009"

The Capital Square building, named the best office development at this year's gala of the Construction & Investment Journal (CIJ), has been owned by CA Immo International since June 2009. The property magazine CIJ is published in English in five Central and Eastern European countries. The annual prize is awarded nationally in ten different categories by a jury of property experts.

Dr. Bruno Ettenauer, CEO of CA Immo International, comments, "Our international policy is driven by high-quality properties that will continue to satisfy users' requirements in the future as well. Capital Square represents a first-class addition to our portfolio, and we are delighted to accept this prestigious award together with our partner, HOCHTIEF development."

Situated on Váci út in Budapest, the Capital Square office building was constructed by HOCHTIEF Development Hungary, the Hungarian subsidiary of HOCHTIEF Projektentwicklung, and handed over to CA Immo International upon completion in mid-2009. Both the developer and the investor wished to create a first-rate property that perfectly complemented the cityscape in every respect and provided its neighbours and tenants alike with an attractive place to live and work, and an excellent environment. Among the compelling attributes of the office building are its high-quality construction, first-class engineering within an exclusive architectural concept, outstanding access, and close proximity to the city centre.
