The first tenants have already moved in to the building which was constructed according to LEED standards. The investment volume amounts to about € 30 m.

The BBC 1 Plus project comprises 13 storeys with a rentable effective area of about 15,900 sqm and 313 indoor parking spaces. The first anchor tenant, Nestle, has already moved into the building, occupying an effective area of around 1000 sqm. Furthermore, Henkel is leasing three floors spanning 3,600 sqm in total and will move in its Slovakian dependence during the next few weeks.

BBC1 Plus – the first “eco-friendly building” in Bratislava

BBC 1 Plus was built as a sustainable construction in compliance with relevant ecological standards and will be the first office building in Bratislava to obtain a LEED-certification (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design). The ecologic construction method is not only reflected in a unique workplace quality but also in low operating expenses of less than 3 €/sqm. BBC 1 Plus was built in place of an existing building in need of rehabilitation and is an expansion and thus directly connected with the Bratislava Business Center 1, which was acquired by CA Immo in 2000. The two buildings are located in the business district of the Slovakian capital, providing an excellent infrastructure. The general contractor responsible for the project was the international company Bilfinger Berger Baugesellschaft mbH.
