For what purpose will your personal data be processed?
CA Immobilien Anlagen AG (hereinafter also referred to in short as “CA Immo”) saves and processes the personal data provided by you when ordering reports from CA Immo. The provision of your personal data is necessary in order for you to be able to receive the CA Immo reports by e-mail or by post. If you did not provide your personal data, you would not be able to receive the CA Immo reports.
Who will CA Immo forward your personal data to?
Your personal data will be forwarded exclusively to third-party advertising service providers (so-called “data processing companies”) in order to be able to send you product- and business-related information from CA Immo. How long will CA Immo keep your personal data?
In principle, CA Immo will keep your personal data only to be able to dispatch reports. Thereafter CA Immo will keep your personal data for evidential purposes for as long as legal claims in connection with the order of reports can be asserted.
