What we build on
As an international group active in a dynamic market, we are faced with many challenges. Our shared values of teamwork, quality, sustainability and trust are the solid foundations on which we do business and perform effectively. Responsible governance on an ecological, economic and social level is a key issue at CA Immo. More information regarding sustainability and CSR is provided here.
What we do
CA Immo Group is one of Central Europe’s leading real estate Groups. Our core business involves the development and letting of commercial real estate, especially in the office segment, at sites in Austria, Germany and Eastern Europe.
As a Group, CA Immo has extensive land reserves. To utilise the potential of these prime sites to the full, our internal development team produces high quality, innovative and sustainable real estate concepts and, in many cases, plans for entire city districts.
These real estate projects are realised and constructed through our construction subsidiary omniCon. The company has the technical expertise needed to implement our high quality urban benchmark properties, from site development to actual construction management.
Next our Asset Management team comes into play, overseeing the ideal management of all CA Immo investment properties across all sites. This involves letting, acquiring and selling office buildings while steadily optimising the quality of our portfolio.
Our Investment Management team makes decisions regarding the acquisition and sale of land and properties. Our Investment Managers undertake evaluations and financial analyses for properties and conduct contract negotiations in all acquisitions and sales processes.

With our CA Immo Academy and numerous additional measures such as training days, flexible working hours and financial support for completing (dual) courses of study (including relevant MBA and doctorate studies), we provide our employees with a wide range of regular internal and external development opportunities.
Our employees are always covered by group accident insurance and private travel & health insurance.
Promoting and maintaining the physical and mental health of our employees is a top priority in our company. As part of our Fit2Work programme, we therefore offer a wide range of advice and events on the topic of health and well-being. For example, our employees at all locations have the opportunity to take advantage of "EAP Services" (Employee Assistance Programme): Anonymous and confidential counselling by experts can help our employees to better deal with certain (life) situations. Regular training and workshops are also offered in this context.
CA Immo provides for its employees by paying into a pension fund based on their location.
Have you been made aware of a vacant position by one of our employees and are looking for a career change? We are delighted when colleagues recommend us as an attractive employer and reward successful recruitment with a bonus for the referring colleague.
We would like to promote and encourage the flexibility of our employees with regard to their place of residence and place of work. If a change of residence is necessary due to a job offer from CA Immo and is desired by the employee, he/she will receive financial support in the form of a relocation allowance.
Depending on their location and position, our employees have the opportunity to work from home. Upon joining the company, each employee is provided with a laptop and a mobile phone to make remote work and home office possible at any time. To promote a flexible working approach, remote leadership is a top priority in our day-to-day activities. In addition to virtual meetings and onboarding, we also focus on regular team calls, digital team-building measures and virtual coffee breaks.
At CA Immo, we want our employees to be both flexible and able to organise their working hours independently. Our company therefore relies on trust-based working hours and offers flexible work schedules, various part-time models (including parental leave and part-time work for older employees), flexitime and the option of sabbaticals, depending on the location. Actively practised job sharing and/or splitting enables our employees to flexibly organise their working day and gives comprehensive career opportunities within the framework of part-time models.
At CA Immo, we organise annual staff team events at all locations. These are held locally in the form of company outings, summer parties and Christmas celebrations, as well as St. Nicholas festivities with the families, skiing trips or joint participation in sporting events.
At CA Immo, we act and think long-term and sustainably. This also includes making our everyday office life environmentally friendly. That's why we work predominantly digitally and paperless at our locations, use renewable energy sources, pay attention to waste separation and use eco-friendly water dispensers. Additionally, we provide company parking spaces with electric charging stations. More information in our Sustainability Report.
We provide our staff with a wide range of options to get to work in an environmentally friendly and comfortable way. These include excellent access to public transport from our office buildings, as well as the provision of a financial subsidy for the use of local public transport (job ticket). In addition, employees at CA Immo have access to pool cars and, in some locations, electric cars for shared use as company vehicles. For shorter journeys, employees can also use our company bicycles.
Managing our company sustainably also means giving back to society. For this reason, we support our employees in volunteering for a good cause of their choice during their working hours through Corporate Volunteering Days. More information here.
CA Immo supports its employees in achieving the best possible work-life balance. We take into account the individual family circumstances of our colleagues, facilitate individual working time arrangements, encourage parental leave and make it easier for mothers and fathers on maternity leave to return to work by actively involving them during their time off. Even in the event that a babysitter is unavailable, we have a suitable solution available in the form of bookable, child-friendly office space and in the form of home office options.
CA Immo has set itself the mission of creating high-quality urban benchmark office buildings in which both our tenants and our own employees can feel at home. Our offices are therefore designed as open-space environments with numerous green spaces and communal areas where people can come together and exchange ideas. Each employee also receives an ergonomically designed workstation to create optimal working conditions and ensure the health of our employees. Healthy food is also provided in our offices with meal vouchers and a seasonal fruit basket.
