What do you particularly appreciate about your job at CA Immo? 

I have been working at CA Immo since January 2019 and already after my job interview, I had the sense of belonging. 
Shortly after the interview, I received my acceptance. Since then, I have been responsible for welcoming our guests and employees at the headquarters in Vienna together with the team, among many other activities. I appreciate my colleagues, my department, our beautiful location next to the botanical gardens and Belvedere Palace, the additional days off such as Good Friday, and the opportunities for further training and development that CA Immo offers. 
  
How do you manage to balance both family and career? Is your employer supporting you in this?  
 
I recently became a mother again, we were able to welcome our second daughter. After 14 months of maternity leave, I returned to work part-time. I work from home several times a week. This way I can manage my life with two kids much better. My employer is very accommodating with this flexibility. 
  
What do you enjoy most about your job? 

It is the combination of various tasks that I enjoy the most! As a receptionist, my work consists not only of pure reception activities, but also includes various activities in the area of data protection, as well as supporting the department management. I am very grateful to have been given the opportunity to position myself as team lead. Among other things, I am involved in the selection process and the training of new colleagues for the reception team.
