Georg Edinger

Organization Manager

You have been with CA Immo for more than 10 years and hold the position of Organization Manager. How can one imagine your daily work routine?

The job as Organization Manager offers a very broad and exciting field of activity. From assisting in the creation of policies and guidelines concerning the Group's internal processes, to monitoring compliance with labor regulations, to holding internal training sessions for the workforce and procuring supplies for colleagues, it is a continuous change of activities. The Group's insurance business also falls within the remit of the organization department.

What challenges does this present in a corporate environment and how do you overcome them?

The structural, linguistic and cultural differences between the individual subsidiaries in the various countries do present challenges from time to time, but simultaneously these very differences in their entirety allow a more holistic view of processes and procedures and, in coordination with local colleagues, enable solutions to be found across the entire Group.

What skills are required to be a successful organization manager?

Communication skills, passion and understanding of the interrelationships within the Group, as well as a high affinity for IT processes, and a general interest in constantly new tasks and projects.

What do you appreciate about CA Immo as an employer?

The excellent development opportunities within the company. I started as a working student at CA Immo and over the years have been able to continuously adapt my field of activity and responsibilities to my personal development as well. The internationality and the incredibly exciting activity of the Group itself, developing entire city quarters in the capitals of Central Europe, also contribute to being proud to be a part of this organization.
