How long have you been working for CA Immo and what topic/project are you currently working on?

I have just recently celebrated 3 years that I have been working in CA Immo. Throughout this period, I've had a chance to take part in many different projects where each one of them has taught me something new. One notable project that I would like to mention has been my involvement in creating long-term Cash-Flow projections. This task has been particularly interesting to me as it requires collaboration among various stakeholders, analyzing not only company financials, tenants but also market trends and based on that creating a comprehensive financial plan covering both short- and long-term horizons. These plans help us to aim in the right direction when managing the individual assets towards our organizational objectives.

In addition to financial forecasting, I have had a chance to engage in various ESG initiatives. Currently, I am actively involved in extracting, transforming, and analyzing energy performance data from individual assets. After data aggregation and analysis, I create comprehensive Dashboards that serve as a “cocpit” for decision-makers. These dashboards help at optimizing building energy efficiency.

What qualifications are required to work as an Analyst?

As an Analyst in CA Immo, having strong analytical skills is crucial, along with the ability to conduct through analysis of datasets to extract valuable insights for creating comprehensive reports and dashboards. This role covers a diverse range of responsibilities, beginning from financial analysis and forecasting, preparation of strategic Business Plans to the assistance in system implementations. Moreover, proficiency in technical tasks such as data extraction, transformations and modeling are an advantage. Furthermore, this position demands willingness to embrace new challenges, be ready to learn new things, and the flexibility to engage in projects that are new to you. On the flip side, I really appreciate the opportunity to travel abroad to meet with colleagues and learn from each other.
