Vivico reorganizing it's Property Management - Focus on Customer Relations

Frankfurt, June 5, 2007 By reorganizing it's Property Management Vivico will increase the focus on Customer Relations, Asset Management and the development of new services. Therefore Vivico will outsource the back office of it's Property Management to EPM Assetis GmbH. At the same time, Vivico will enhance it's role as a service provider for it's customers.

Already as of July 1, 2007 EPM Assetis will take over the administrative function of Vivico's Property Management for 10 premium properties. As of January 1, 2008 EPM Assetis will administer the entire Vivico Portfolio, consisting of over 900 lease contracts and 180 properties. In the past Allianz Immobilien GmbH performed the Property Management for Vivico. The contract with Allianz Immobilien GmbH expires by the end of 2007. In the past Allianz Immobilien performed Property Management including Customer Relations, unlike the new strategic approach.
Bernhard H. Hansen, CEO of Vivico emphasized: "With this strategic approach we insource tasks that are of high importance to Vivico. A vital element of our overall strategy is to cultivate the properties in our portfolio. Focusing on Customer Relations is therefore only logical." Hansen said it is important not only to provide customers with support services for their daily needs but also to assist with organizational services such as relocation management, tenant expansion planning and other services. "With the new approach, Vivico's customers will only have one contact partner who knows their needs", said Hansen.
Companies were invited by Vivico, by the end of 2006, to bid for the back office of Vivico's Property Management with the duties property cultivation, property accounting, lease contract management and controlling. Technical facility management will be reorganized and bids will be called for the technical facility management for the first quarter of 2008.
