Representatives of the MEININGER hotel group and the project developer, Vivico, will today hold a turf cutting ceremony on the site where the new the hotel is to be built. Vivico will hand over the turnkey hotel to the Meininger Group in 2010. The hotel will boast a gross floor space of 51,871 square feet on eight floors and will encompass 162 rooms. The lease agreement has a term of 20 years.
The MEININGER Hotel group is expanding the current offering in Frankfurt's swiftly growing urban quarter with an additional hotel for international business travellers and young travellers.
