Cologne September 10, 2007 Vivico reports a continuing demand for its Rhein-Triadem, a building complex in Cologne at the banks of the river Rhine.
The eye care laser company CARE Vision, currently with subsidiaries in Frankfurt, Hamburg and Nuremberg, will be represented in Cologne as of December 2007. CARE Vision signed a 270 m² lease contract for its new subsidiary located in the RheinTriadem.
The international software company Serena has leased 270 m² and will move into the RheinTriadem in December 2007. Today, Serena Software GmbH uses a small office on Kaiser-Wilhelm-Ring 27.
