The award was presented on 23 September at the Property Summit Europe 2011 in London.

The International Property Award is conferred on residential and commercial properties around the world. Each year, it rewards the best performance by companies active in all areas of the real estate sector. Participants submit real estate projects they have implemented at national level, and these are assessed by an experienced panel of experts. The awards are divided between the regions of North and South America, Asia-Pacific, Europe, Africa, Arabia and Great Britain. Entrants with the highest points totals in each region are invited to the presentation of the International Awards.
Just last year, construction phase one of the Poleczki Business Park won first prize in the Highly Commended Best Mixed Use Development category at the Europe & Africa Property Awards.
