Personnel news: CA Immo Asset Management Under New Leadership

Markus Kuttner takes over as Group Head of Asset Management, Michael Rausch as Head of Asset Management CEE/SEE

CA Immo's asset management is under new leadership: Markus Kuttner, previously in charge of asset management for Eastern Europe, will take over as Group Head of Asset Management. In that capacity, he will be in charge of all asset management activities of the CA Immo property portfolio worth more than € 3 bn in Austria, Germany and Eastern Europe; inclusive of the newly created Office Solutions & Design department. His former deputy, Michael Rausch, will head the asset management activities in Eastern Europe.

Markus Kuttner, MBA, MRICS, started his professional career with Bank Austria Creditanstalt Real Invest GmbH, where he was in charge of asset management in Germany, CEE and SEE. In 2007 he joined Raiffeisen Capital Management as investment manager for real estate fund products before he took over as Head of Asset Management CEE/SEE at CA Immo in 2009.

Following positions at IG Immobilien GmbH and HSG Zander, Michael Rausch joined Raiffeisen Evolution to assume responsibility for property management in CEE. In 2008 he transferred to CA Immo as Asset Manager CEE; from 2014 onwards he was Deputy Head of Asset Management CEE/SEE.
