Munich, 1 July 2008 The IT-service company OPUS has signed a rental agreement with Vivico for around 860 square metres of office space in the new office building Laim290. The company will establish there its new domicile for approx. 50 employees. OPUS is specialised in customized software developments and developer the multi-project-management-tool KLUSA.
Around 70 per cent of the new business location, realised by Vivico, is rented out even before the end of construction. Bilfinger Berger AG is another tenant for the 9,700 square metres building.
