CA Immo has concluded two additional rental agreements totalling around 1,200 m² (12,917 ft²) for the office building ATMOS in Munich’s Arnulfpark.

The tenants are the seminar and lecture events agency belonging to author Robert Betz (around 820 m² (8,826 ft²)) and the European Patent & Trade Mark Attorneys Murgitroyd & Company (around 400 m² (4,306 ft²)). After its completion in 2009, this building, which is located on Hackerbrücke (Hacker Bridge), was taken on by Union Investment for its open-ended property fund UniImmo: Deutschland.
