Restaurateur MoschMosch is opening the doors to its tenth restaurant in June 2012 in Frankfurt’s Europaviertel.

The company has signed a lease for around 550 m² (5920 ft²) of rental space in the office and business building Europa-Allee 12-22 developed by CA Immo. After its completion in 2010, this building was taken on by Union Investment for its open-ended property fund UniImmo: Deutschland.

The total rental space in the office and business building Europa-Allee 12-22 is around 24,000 m2 (258,333 ft2), of which approximately 2,900 m2 (31,215 ft²) is allocated to retail and gastronomy. The building is home to the German headquarters of BNP Paribas and CA Immo Deutschland GmbH.
