LANDSTRASSE DISTRICT LOCAL OSCAR GOES TO CA IMMO

Landstrasse, Vienna’s third municipal district, awarded its local Bezirks-Oscar for the 16th time on 26 September 2011.

A committee set up by district director Erich Hohenberger awards the Oscar in recognition of outstanding performance by businesses in the third municipal district.

This year’s winner was CA Immobilien Anlagen AG, one of the most important organisations in the third district of Vienna. The company has around 90 employees based at Rennweg, close to the botanical gardens, and provides jobs for 400 people in total. In the third district the office specialist, which undertakes major projects in Austria, Germany and Eastern Europe, has been responsible for the Austria Trend Hotel Savoyen on Rennweg, the Galleria shopping centre and the Lände 3 project on the Donaukanal.
Chief Executive Officer Dr. Bruno Ettenauer was formally presented with the district’s Oscar for 2011 on behalf of CA Immo. He accepted the statuette – designed by the artist Anton Hoser – at Studio 44, the venue owned by Österreichische Lotterien. A new CA Immo promotional film was also screened during the ceremony..
