Munich, 1 October 2007 - The real estate companies Vivico Real Estate and OFB Project Development, a subsidiary of Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen (Helaba), are joining forces to further develop, construct and market the approximately 30,000 sqm SKYGARDEN office building in Munich's Arnulfpark®. Each company holds 50% of the project company founded for this purpose. The building, near the Hackerbrücke (Hacker Bridge), was designed by the internationally-renowned architectural firm Bothe Richter Teherani (BRT) from Hamburg. The partners in the joint venture plan to begin construction of the SKYGARDEN shortly.
OFB Project Development sees this joint venture as the prelude to a long-term commitment to this fast-growing area of southern German. For this purpose, the company has opened a regional office in the VELUM building in Arnulfpark® at Klaus-Mann-Platz 1, 80636 Munich.
