Munich,  September 26, 2007: The real estate company Vivico, together with Concept Bau Premier GmbH and Infraplan Real Estate Development GmbH, started the project Isargärten Thalkirchen. The 4.4 hectare site is located near Thalkirchen's Tiergarten bridge. Part of the site will be developed into a residential area. To this end, the three companies have started a joint venture. The newly-founded company Isargärten Thalkirchen GmbH & Co. KG will construct 130 apartments on around 10,000 sqm. 20 apartments will be supported by the so-called ‘Munich model'. Planning permission is already being applied for.
In autumn 2006, Vivico sold an area of some 11,000 sqm with several listed halls on it, to an investor, who is planning to put these halls to new use.
