Berlin, 30 October 2008. The law firm Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek has concluded a lease agreement with Vivico for approx. 1,400 m2 (15,070 square feet) of office space in the historic building Römischer Hof® - located at Unter den Linden 10 in the centre of Berlin. The company Engel & Völkers Commercial acted as an intermediary in the conclusion of the lease.
Starting in March 2009, the corporate law firm Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek will be relocating its Berlin office with around 45 employees to the Römischer Hof®. The firm has additional offices in Chemnitz, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Cologne and Munich, as well as in Brussels and Zurich. With 200 attorneys, Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek is one of the ten largest German corporate law firms.
Vivico completely renovated and modernised the historic building in 2006. The Römischer Hof® has a total of over 9,500 m2 (102,258 square feet) of leasable area. Other tenants include the publishing house Condé Nast with the editorial departments of the magazines Vanity Fair and AD Architectural Digest, e-plus and Fiera Milano.
