Europaviertel , Frankfurt am Main: CA Immo rents out 3,500 m² in Tower 185

CA Immo has concluded four more lease agreements covering a total of around 3,500 m² in Tower 185 in Frankfurt. The tenants are the companies IHS Markit Ltd (approx. 1,390 m²), SER Solutions Deutschland GmbH, (approx. 970 m²) and law firms BLUEDEX (approx. 440 m²) and Heussen (approx. 700 m²).

CA Immo most recently let an office storey (approx. 1,400 m²) in Tower 185 to the banking association Verband der Sparda Banken e.V. The rental space was handed over in March. Tower 185 is around 200 metres high and has around 100,000 m² of rental space in total. Around 92% of this is currently let. The building's other tenants in-clude PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers), Mayer Brown LLP, Dechert LLP, Winheller, Corestate Capital Group, Henderson Global Investors Ltd., CBRE Global Investors, HKP Group as well as Hyundai Capital Europe and Australia New Zealand Banking Group. 

Designed by Prof. Christoph Mäckler Architekten in adherence to strict sustainability criteria, Tower 185 is Germany's fourth-highest office building at a height of 200 metres. The Green Building was one of the first new high-rise buildings in Europe to receive the LEED Gold sustainability certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.

The companies Colliers International (IHS Markit) and JLL (SER Group) acted in an advisory and brokering capacity with respect to the conclusion of the latest rental contracts.
