Development of Laim office and commercial location is making steady progress

Munich, 13 March 2008 - The development of the new office and commercial location in Munich Laim is making steady progress. Vivico has now sold a roughly 12,600-square-metre plot along Landsberger Straße at the project site to a project company formed by Accumulata Immobilien Development and LBBW Immobilien Capital. The companies plan to construct an approximately 37,000-square-metre building complex there for office and commercial use, which will be named Auron. The project will be realised according to feng shui principles.
The planned building complex borders Laim290, the roughly 9,700-square-metre office building that Vivico is currently developing at the Laimer Kreisel. In the autumn of 2008, Bilfinger Berger AG will set up its southern branch office in an area of some 5,800-square metres in the building designed by the architects KSP Engel & Zimmermann. Attractive ground-floor spaces housing services and restaurants will bring life to the Laimer Kreisel square.
The project site for the new office and commercial location in Laim extends along Landsberger Straße between the Laimer Kreisel/Laimer Unterführung and Friedenheimer Brücke. It encompasses an approximately 42,000-square-metre plot, and in total allows for the development of roughly 70,000-square metres of office, commercial and retail spaces. Vivico will hand over an approximately 10,000-square-metre section of the project site to Munich. The state capital plans to erect an industrial park on the site.
