Frankfurt, 25 September 2007  The Christmas musical "Vom Geist der Weihnacht" (The Spirit of Christmas) is to be performed in Frankfurt's Europaviertel from 21 November - 30 December. The musical is based on "A Christmas Carol", Charles Dickens' famous Christmas tale, and has already been staged successfully in several German cities. This will be the first time that "Vom Geist der Weihnacht" has appeared in the Rhine-Main region. Construction on the tent for the musical, located behind the Messe Frankfurt exhibition centre, will commence on 27 September.
Vivico Frankfurt's aim is to invigorate the Europaviertel with attractive short-term events in addition to its longer-term projects. The skyscraper festival and the show "Africa! Africa!" have already appeared in this space this year.
