Changes to the Supervisory Board of CA Immo

At the request of the Supervisory Board, the Supervisory Board members Professor Sven Bienert, Professor Klaus Hirschler - formerly appointed by means of registered shares - as well as Gabriele Düker as new Board member were elected as members of the Supervisory Board at yesterday’s Ordinary General Meeting of CA Immobilien Anlagen AG.

Their mandates will extend to the Ordinary General Meeting that rules on the approval of actions in business year 2021. The number of Supervisory Board members elected by the General Meeting was agreed to be reduced from currently nine to eight members in the future. Moreover, the General Meeting confirmed the 30% dividend increase per share up to 65 Cent per share. Dividend payment date is March 17th 2017.

Currently, the Supervisory Board of  CA Immobilien Anlagen AG constitutes of eight members elected by the General Meeting, additional two members appointed by means of IMMOFINANZ AG´s registered shares as well as four employee representatives.

Attendance at the 30th ordinary General Meeting

Currently, the company´s capital stock amounts to € 718,336,602.72 and is divided into 98,808,332 bearer shares (ISIN AT0000641352) and four registered shares. Based on the company´s capital stock, the level of attendance at this year´s general meeting was around 52%. Taking into consideration the 5,438,046 no-par value shares held by the company, which have no voting right, attendance was around 55%.
