Berlin, 21 August 2008 - Vivico Berlin announces the conclusion of an additional leasing contract for the office building Römischer Hof® - Unter den Linden 10 in Berlin. The new tenant in this representative building is the E-Plus Group, which will set up its capital city office in 700 sq metres of rental space starting in September 2007. This space in Berlin-Mitte is meant to be a contact point for politics, commerce and associations. The building constructed in 1910 was completely renovated by Vivico and is now over 90% leased.
Other prominent tenants in the Römischer Hof® are the publishing house Condé Nast with the editorial departments of the magazines Vanity Fair and AD Architectural Digest as well as the Italian company Italian System for Business.
The offices of CB Richard Ellis - Berlin served as the brokering partner in leasing to the E-Plus Group.
