CA Immobilien Anlagen AG hereby notifies Holders of the Bonds that due to the payment of a Cash Dividend of EUR 1.00 per Share to the shareholders of CA Immobilien Anlagen AG, Vienna, FN 75895 k, the Conversion Price has been adjusted pursuant to § 11 (d) (ii) of the Terms and Conditions:

• To EUR 25.7154 (from currently EUR 25.9687) effective from 19 May 2021 up to and including 28 May 2021 (the Control Record Date), and
• Thereafter to EUR 29.4771 (from previously EUR 29.7675).
