Sale of Donau Business Center in Vienna in line with strategic capital rotation program

Vienna, June 13 2022. CA Immo has successfully signed and closed the sale of the “Donau Business Center” office building, which comprises approx. 23,000 sqm of gross leasable area (GLA). The transaction has closed at a premium to the book value as at 31 December 2021.

The property is located at the waterfront of the Danube River in Vienna’s second district, within the office market Prater and is well accessible by public transport and by car. The current occupancy rate of Donau Business Center is around 95%.
