On 1 December 2018, Matthias Winkelhardt was confirmed as the new Head of Asset Management Frankfurt, and will also head the Frankfurt branch, a role in which he will be responsible for all asset and property management activities of CA Immo at the site, including tenant retention and support. 

According to Andreas Quint, CEO of CA Immo: “As an experienced asset manager with an extensive network in the sector, Matthias Winkelhardt is highly familiar with the market environment. He will drive forward portfolio expansion in Frankfurt and uphold our high quality standards in local tenant support.”

Matthias Winkelhardt (42) is a DIA-qualified real estate expert who started his career letting offices, retail spaces and logistical premises with Aengevelt Immobilien GmbH Co. KG in Frankfurt in the rental department, which he later managed. From 2003 onwards, he set up a lettings agency in Munich for Union Investment Real Estate GmbH; the agency, which he managed until 2016, covers the metropolitan region of Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg. Thereafter he joined Bayerische Hausbau GmbH & Co. KG in the asset management field. Here he oversaw letting, developing and positioning for the commercial portfolio while taking responsibility for the overall portfolio as well as development projects in Munich, Frankfurt and Stuttgart.
