CA Immo Czech Republic under new leadership

Vaclav Jonas takes over as Managing Director of CA Immo Czech Republic

Vaclav Jonas has been appointed Managing Director of the Prague office and is thus responsible for all asset and property management activities of CA Immo in the Czech Republic, including tenant support and retention. Vaclav Jonas will be supported by Jan Baxa, who took over the role of Head of Asset Management in the Czech Republic from April 2018, and Radek Poulicek, who joined the company as a Leasing Manager in March 2018.

According to Andreas Quint, CEO of CA Immo: "As an experienced asset manager and being with CA Immo for a long time, Vaclav Jonas is highly familiar both with the local market environment and our company. He will promote the growth of our portfolio in Czech Republic, maintaining our high quality standards in active tenant support.” 

Vaclav Jonas started his career in 2001 with Europolis Group, a Volksbanken real estate subsidiary, where he was a project manager for landmark properties such as River City Prague. When CA Immo acquired Europolis AG in 2011, he joined CA Immo´s asset management team as Head of Asset Management Czech Republic.

Jan Baxa previously worked for CA Immo as an asset manager, a role in which he was responsible for the successful implementation of financial property management, amongst other things. After a short period with CERES Management Services, he rejoined the CA Immo team as Head of Asset Management.

Before joining CA Immo, Radek Poulicek worked for Cushman & Wakefield as a Senior Consultant for the Office Agency, with previous 10 years of sales and marketing experience.
