CA Immo Concludes Lease Agreement in Munich´s NEO Office Tower
Munich, 13/06/2022 – CA Immo has signed a long-term lease with HBI Helga Bailey GmbH for approx. 900 sqm of office space in the NEO office and hotel tower in Munich. The NEO building is now around 77% let after conclusion of this lease.
HBI Helga Bailey GmbH (HBI) is a consulting and service provider specialized in PR and marketing communications. The company will probably be moving its previous headquarters from Munich-Bogenhausen to the NEO complex in early 2023.
Helga Bailey and Corinna Voss, managing directors of HBI Helga Bailey GmbH in Munich, agree: “The main reasons we decided to lease space in the NEO complex were building attractiveness, a modern and efficient floor plan and an extremely convenient location, situated right at the Berg am Laim S-Bahn station (municipal rail). Many of our employees also bike to work and will enjoy the NEO’s bike parking garage and shower facilities. We are looking forward to moving into our new offices, with such a tremendous view from our floor of the Munich cityscape, on out to the Alps.”
The NEO office and hotel tower in Munich, with roughly 13,900 sqm total space, is centrally and conveniently situated right next to the Berg am Laim S-Bahn station in the eastern part of Munich. The NEO building complex designed by the renowned architects at UNStudio forms a highly visible centrepiece for the new Baumkirchen Mitte district.
The NEO building ensemble consists of a six-storey base building with 50 high-end flats (NEO Living) and a hotel and office tower standing at around 60 metres high. In line with its strategic focus on high-end commercial buildings, CA Immo had already successfully sold NEO Living to BMO Real Estate Partners Germany in October 2020. CA Immo has concluded a lease agreement with Tristar for the first six floors of the Tower, the company that will be operating a 143-room Hampton by Hilton hotel there. On the upper floors of the tower, NEO offers modern office space with around 8,900 m² of rental space.
