CA Immo has completed the office building at Kunstcampus in Berlin. Located directly on Heidestraße, the building has a gross floor space of 9,800m² (GFA). CA Immo has already transferred around 6,400m² of gross floor space to the ABDA – Bundesvereinigung Deutscher Apothekerverbände (Federal Union of German Associations of Pharmacists), which has moved its Berlin operations to this building. The remaining space has likewise already been let and will be occupied by the auditing and consulting firm KPMG this summer. CA Immo’s total investment in the building amounts to around €47 million.

CA Immo has developed the ABDA areas specifically to meet the needs of the union. The floor-space concept includes, among other things, several meeting and convention rooms as well as a large conference hall. The association will relocate its entire Berlin operations to the building. After a two-year rental period, ABDA will take ownership of its part of the building as part of its own portfolio. The remaining space in the building will remain the property of CA Immo.

The office building on the Kunstcampus was designed by the architects Kleihues+Kleihues (Berlin), with construction starting in spring 2017. Located directly on Heidestraße in Berlin’s Europacity and opposite Tour Total, the 8-storey office building is notable for its uniform façade with a high proportion of window surfaces, enabling a bright and friendly workplace environment inside. A landscaped and quiet inner courtyard as well as roof terraces and a café/canteen round off the concept for tenants and employees.
