Berlin, 9 August 2007 - Vivico Berlin has announced that a lease has been signed for the Gewerbepark City-West in Berlin-Charlottenburg. The lease for around 375 sqm of warehouse space, 90 sqm of office space and 540 sqm of general storage space was signed with VVR Wall GmbH, a company specialising in outdoor advertising.
With the signing of this lease, the rest of the remaining space in the current expansion of the Gewerbepark City-West has been leased. Vivico began the realisation of the industrial park in 2005. Today the industrial park has approx. 12,000 sqm of warehouse space, as well as approx. 15,000 sqm of general storage and parking space. Other tenants include the companies Cinegate, Dunkin' Donuts, Getränke Hoffmann and Lindab.
