The building in Johannisstraße will have a rentable area of 4,800 sqm and consist of two parts. One part, Johannisstraße 60, will be newly built by Vivico, and the other part, Johannisstraße 64, will be extensively redeveloped. A casual modern facade across both buildings creates a light and airy exterior that is reflected in the offices.
Companies will be able to rent 1,300 sqm of offices across an entire floor of both buildings or smaller offices starting from 200 sqm. The offices are well-proportioned and have a clear functionality. Many companies rate this location very highly. 50 percent, or 2,400 sqm, of the building have already been rented out before the start of the construction works. Restaurants and shops on the ground floor will integrate the building into the tranquil urban atmosphere of Johannisstraße. Plenty of parking will be available for customers and staff.
Deconstruction will start on August 13, 2007.
