6,000 sqm new lease in modernized Warsaw office building

In the centrally located Saski Crescent office building in Warsaw, where a complete modernization is nearing completion, a new tenant will occupy over 6,000 sqm on three floors.

Vienna, 28 February - A global IT company will establish its Polish headquarters in the boutique Saski Crescent office building, occupying nearly 50% of its total space. The property, situated at the intersection of Marszałkowska and Królewska streets in Warsaw, is considered one of the best-rated locations on the capital's office map. Once the extensive renovation work has been completed, Saski Crescent will offer a state-of-the-art, energy-efficient and attractive working environment. The new tenant will move into the new office in the second half of this year. The letting process was accompanied by the consultancy firm CBRE.

Saski Crescent has been extensively modernized since the beginning of last year and will be reopened and put into operation at the end of March. By using smart digital solutions that support efficient use of the building, Saski Crescent has already received the highest level of WiredScore certification in Platinum. CA Immo also plans to apply for BREEAM and WELL Core & Shell certifications.
