Some 12,000 square metres of gross floor area is to be built on the 4,700 square-metre South 5 construction site. Over 110 new rental apartments are planned. Construction is scheduled to begin in Autumn 2008. The South 5 construction site is the third plot to be developed at the southern end of the Boulevard. The project architect is Jo. Franzke Architekten, Frankfurt.
This means that a total of over 460 apartments are now set to be constructed on the boulevard. Vivico had already begun work on the first ensemble of buildings on the South 3 site in November 2007. Construction work on a further residential building on the adjacent South 4 construction site is scheduled to begin in summer 2008.
