The building offers a multi-storey car park for up to 1,450 cars next door, a canteen, which is operated by SV Group, a kindergarten, as well as conference rooms and sport rooms with showers free of charge for all tenants. CA Immo owns the property since 2004.
Location and transport
With an unobstructable location on the Donaukanal, the city and the airport are just minutes away; it is a five-minute walk to the underground U3 and to Vienna University of Economics and Business. The location of ViE is also ideal for cyclists thanks to the nearby intersection of two national cycle paths.
