Danube House in Prague is part of the impressive, large-scale Riverside Karlín urban development project. Key features of the New Danube House include: the renovation of the façade, the activation of the atrium and common areas, sustainable solutions in the form of energy-efficient and renewable heating and cooling sources (heat pumps) and advanced waste recycling, technology upgrades in the form of smart features and new services, and attractive outdoor spaces.
