Gateway to the heart of Budapest

The City Gate office building takes its name from its central location: the building acts as a gateway to the heart of Budapest. Built between 1996 and 1999, the structure was completely renovated in 2004.

It is an office complex comprising three buildings (City Gate 1, 2 and 3) arranged around a green courtyard and offering total effective area of approximately 25,500 sqm. Glazed towers connected by an underground car park are clearly visible from the street. Spacious offices promise tenants maximum flexibility and numerous possible configurations, from single offices to open-plan arrangements.

Ferenc Liszt International Airport is just 20 minutes from City Gate. The infrastructure around the complex is highly advantageous; Ráday Street, for instance, is ideal for a lunch break or shopping trip.
