The building, designed by Kleihues+Kleihues (Berlin), is located directly on Heidestraße in Berlin's Europacity and opposite the Tour Total. CA Immo completed the building, which has a total gross floor area (GFA) of around 9,500 m², in the first half of 2019.
Around two-thirds of the building was developed specifically to meet the needs of the Federal Association of German Pharmacists (ABDA). The ABDA initially occupied the part of the building for two years on a rental basis and then took ownership.
The remaining part of the building with a rental area of around 2,800 m² remains in the CA Immo portfolio and is let to KPMG.
The 8-storey office building is characterised by its even façade with a high proportion of window areas, which allows for a bright and friendly workplace environment inside. A green and quiet inner courtyard and roof terraces as well as a canteen with café round off the concept for tenants and employees.
