In July CA Immo appointed Michael Morgan as Co-Group Head of Investment Management and Managing Director of CA Immo Deutschland GmbH. In his new role, he will oversee investment management across the CA Immo Group together with Hedwig Höfler, taking particular responsibility for the German market.

According to Frank Nickel, CEO of CA Immo, “In Michael Morgan, we are gaining an experienced investment manager with excellent connections in the German real estate sector who will support and promote the strategic and operational development of CA Immo, especially on the core market of Germany.”

Michael Morgan most recently worked as international partner and Head of Investment Frankfurt at Cushman & Wakefield LLP (C&W). In this role he was entrusted since 2013 with establishing the Capital Markets Group of C&W in Frankfurt, focussing on the handling of national investment transactions worth around € 2.8 billion.

Prior to this Mr. Morgan held various managerial positions with such firms as Dragon Real Estate, Hines Immobilien, Shaftesbury Asset Management Germany and Union Investment Real Estate.

The Anglo-German completed a Bachelor of Science honours degree in Real Estate Management at Oxford Brookes University before studying Real Estate Economics at the European Business School (EBS) in Östrich-Winkel.
