Europaviertel, Frankfurt am Main: CA Immo lets 2,100 m² in the Frankfurter Tower 185

The Verband der Sparda-Banken e.V. is moving its head office to Tower 185 at the Friedrich-Ebert-Anlage in Frankfurt am Main. For this, the association has concluded a rental agreement for its 60 employees for more than 1,400 m² of office space. At the same time, the consultancy company hkp Group, already resident in Tower 185, has expanded its rental space by 700 m². With the conclusion of these rental contracts, the building’s occupancy rate is therefore around 93 %.

At a height of 200 metres, Tower 185 is Germany's fourth tallest office building and is centrally located between Messe Frankfurt, the main train station and the banking quarter. The high-rise office block was developed by CA Immo and added to the company's own stock in 2012; since 2013, CA Immo and two German institutional investors each own a third of Tower 185. The Green Building has a total rental area of around 100,000 m2 and was one of the first new high-rise buildings in Europe to receive the renowned LEED Gold sustainability certification from the U.S. Green Building Council. The building was also awarded the DGNB Gold certificate. The building’s tenants include the auditing and consulting firm PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers), Hyundai Capital Europe, the law firms Mayer Brown LLP, Dechert LLP and Winheller, an Excellent Business Center, the investment company CBRE Global Investors, Henderson Global Investors and Corestate Capital, the consulting firm HKP Group, omniCon Gesellschaft für innovatives Bauen, the Urban Land Institute and the Frankfurt branch of the Australia and New Zealand Banking Group (ANZ Bank).

Mediating and advising on the conclusion of the rental agreement with the association of Sparda Banks was Knight Frank and for the hkp Group rental agreement was Blackolive.
