CA Immo and JP Immobilien develop, under a joint venture, around 250 apartments and 170 parking spaces directly at Erdberger Lände in Vienna's third district. The investment required for the new project comprising both rental apartments and condominiums totals around € 60 m. Construction is scheduled to start in summer 2016; completion is expected by the end of 2017.

As the project is located right at Erdberger Lände, both the city centre and the airport can be reached within a few minutes only; the underground (U3) is just a 5 minutes' walk away. Also for cyclists, the area is an ideal juncture of two supra-regional cycle paths. Linked by a pedestrian and bicycle bridge over the Lände in front of the building, the Green Prater recreation area is only a stone's throw away.
