CA Immo lets 8,000 sqm of Bucharest office project

Misys, a software company specialising in financial services, is renting 8,000 sqm of office space in the Orhideea Towers office project in Bucharest. The project – developed by CA Immo and comprising 37,000 sqm of gross rentable floor space – will be completed by the end of 2017. With conclusion of this leasing contract, the pre-leasing rate stands at 22%. The total investment volume is € 75 million.

The globally active financial software provider Misys will occupy 8,000 sqm of Orhideea Towers from March 2018. Misys has been a tenant of River Place, a CA Immo portfolio building in Bucharest, since 2008. In the wake of positive business developments, the company’s premises have steadily expanded from 2,200 sqm to the current level of 6,500 sqm.

According to Frank Nickel, Chief Executive Officer of CA Immo, “The development of Orhideea Towers will enable us to meet the expansion plans of our tenants, many of whom are long-standing partners. At the same time we will strengthen our local market position and add another class A structure to our fully let asset portfolio in Bucharest.”
