Since 1 April 2019, Sonja Bischoff (44) is the new Head of Asset Management Berlin and Head of the Berlin branch. In her new function, Bischoff assumes responsibility for all letting activities, as well as for the management and further development of CA Immo’s portfolio at its Berlin location.

Bischoff comes from Capital BAY, where she has worked as Head of Commercial Asset Management since 2016, an area she built up personally. Bischoff previously held positions of responsibility at CR Investment Management, JLL and EY Real Estate, among others. The business studies graduate (FH) and real estate economist (ebs) has also been a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) since 2007.
