Munich, May 30, 2007 - Vivico will begin the development of a new inner-city district at Landsberger Strasse in Munich. The first step will be the construction of the premium office complex Laim290. A long-term rental agreement has now been signed with the subsidiary "Hochbau Muenchen" of the international construction and services company Bilfinger Berger AG. With this over 50% of the total area of the building are already been let before construction has begun. The subsidiary "Hochbau Muenchen" will construct the new building as general contractor. Using Bilfinger Berger's holistic  i.volution approach, Vivico assigned Bilfinger Berger with the phases order management, planning and construction. Completion is scheduled for the end of 2008.
Laim290 is the striking prelude to the extended business and commercial centre along Landsberger Strasse. Beginning at the junction "Laimer Kreisel", a business and commercial centre with excellent transport connections will be created here. Top-quality and functional office and commercial spaces will be created on a plot of over 40,000 m² in total.
