Dr Ralf Schneider (52) left CA Immo on 30 June 2019 at his own request, in order to pursue new opportunities in the real estate industry. He will become a partner and managing director at RT² Projektentwicklung GmbH, where he will be responsible for urban district and project development in cooperation with well-known portfolio holders and Family Offices. At the beginning of the year, Matthias Schmidt took over his responsibilities as Head of Project Development for Germany and member of the management board of CA Immo Deutschland GmbH.

Andreas Quint, CEO of CA Immo said, “We regret to see Dr Schneider go. As Group Head of Development, Dr Schneider managed the project development activities of CA Immo with great expertise, and he has played a decisive role in the successful development of the company.

Dr Ralf Schneider can look back on many years of experience working for CA Immo. In 2001, Dr Schneider joined Vivico Real Estate GmbH as an in-house lawyer. The company was was acquired by CA Immo in 2007. In the following years, Dr Schneider held various management positions at Vivico Real Estate and later CA Immo, including as head of the CA Immo Munich branch. In 2014 he was appointed Managing Director of CA Immo Deutschland GmbH. In the same year, he assumed responsibility for all the Group’s project development activities as Group Manager.
