CA Immo strengthens asset management team
Matthias Goßmann took over as Team Lead Leasing in Asset Management at CA Immo Deutschland GmbH in Berlin in September 2025. In this role, he will be responsible for the company's leasing activities in Berlin, with a particular focus on office developments. He will thus play a central role in the further development and positioning of CA Immo properties in the Berlin market.
Sonja Bischoff, Head of CA Immo Berlin: "With Matthias, we are gaining a highly experienced leasing expert with outstanding market knowledge. In his career to date, he has managed complex leasing processes and successfully implemented significant deals. With his expertise and network, he will further strengthen CA Immo's leasing activities in Berlin and sustainably expand our position in the market. We are delighted to have Matthias on our team and are confident that he will take our activities in Berlin to a new level.”
Matthias Goßmann: “I am very pleased to be part of CA Immo and to work with the Berlin team to further develop the letting activities in a first-class property portfolio. It is particularly exciting to actively position upcoming development projects on the market and thus secure CA Immo's long-term attractiveness in the capital."
Matthias brings with him many years of successful experience in office leasing in Berlin. Over the past 10 years, he has been directly responsible for the successful letting of large spaces in prominent development projects, building up an impressive track record. Before joining CA Immo, he was Head of Leasing Germany at HB Reavis Germany GmbH since 2020, where his responsibilities included the letting of the Berlin project DSTRCT. Prior to that, he held various senior leasing positions at HIH Real Estate GmbH from 2011 to 2020, most recently as Head of Leasing (Team Leader East). Matthias holds a degree in business administration (B.A.) with a specialisation in real estate management (Berufsakademie Sachsen, Leipzig).
CA Immo is currently realising a number of significant office projects in Berlin. Directly adjacent to the main railway station, the Anna Lindh House is a 15,000 m² office building constructed using a hybrid timber design, which will be climate-neutral in operation thanks to full electrification and a photovoltaic system. In the immediate vicinity, the company is also developing another office building, the Alexander von Humboldt House, with direct waterfront access at Humboldthafen, and is planning another large-scale office complex, the Hamburger Höfe, on Minna-Cauer-Strasse/Heidestrasse. In addition, two further state-of-the-art office buildings are being constructed with the refurbishment of the Karlsgärten and the new Skygreen project near Potsdamer Platz. Upbeat am Nordhafen, which has already been fully let to DKB, is also nearing completion. In total, these current project developments by CA Immo in the capital comprise around 127,300 m² of high-quality office space, which will significantly expand the company's Berlin portfolio in the coming years.
