CA Immo has signed a further long-term lease for a total of around 1,500 sqm of lettable space in its Düsseldorf office building CIELO at Kasernenstrasse 67. The new tenant is CURACON GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft. CA Immo had only begun restructuring the building – previously occupied by a single tenant – into a modern multi-tenant property at the start of 2026. With the signing of this lease, CIELO is now approximately 84 per cent let, even before the refurbishment works have been completed. JLL acted as advisers to the tenant and Cushman & Wakefield to the landlord during the conclusion of the lease.

The Class A building, with a total of around 10,600 sqm of lettable space, is particularly notable for its exceptionally large roof terraces – a rarity in this location – from which the building’s name, CIELO (Italian for ‘sky’), is derived. Two of the roof terraces are available for shared use by all tenants, whilst two others are exclusively allocated to individual tenancies. 

As part of the building’s refurbishment, the communal areas – such as the reception and lobby – are being redesigned and upgraded. CIELO underwent extensive modernisation back in 2020 and was awarded DGNB Gold certification in 2024. 

The building offers flexible floor plans and enables bespoke solutions for a variety of office concepts. The modern architecture and high-quality fittings create a distinctive working environment for discerning users.
